FRP Scrubber Tower
The FRP scrubber, also often called the FRP spray tower, acid and alkali scrubber, or waste gas purification tower, is the most commonly used wet waste gas treatment equipment in industry. The main body is made of FRP and purifies waste gas mainly through liquid washing, neutralization, and absorption. It is widely used in the chemical, electroplating, painting, acid washing, electronic, and pharmaceutical industries.
FRP Desulfurization Tower
The fiberglass reinforced plastic desulfurization tower is tower-type equipment used for the desulfurization of industrial exhaust gases. Its advantages include easy maintenance and the ability to use different dust suppressants to achieve both desulfurization and denitrification effects simultaneously. With the development of fiberglass technology, desulfurization towers are increasingly being made of FRP. Compared with granite towers, FRP desulfurization towers offer lower cost, easier processing, corrosion and rust resistance, and light weight. They therefore represent the future trend in desulfurization tower development.
FRP Purification Tower
The FRP purification tower (also known as the waste gas absorption tower or spray purification tower) is wet/dry waste gas treatment equipment made mainly of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). Through absorption, neutralization, and washing during gas-liquid contact (mainly the wet method), it removes acidic/alkaline gases, VOCs, dust, and odors from industrial waste gas, achieving standard discharge. Compared with traditional carbon steel towers, it offers significant advantages: it is lightweight, aging-resistant, and highly efficient.
